Sanding process needs to be thought out and planned according to the type of floor being sanded. Diffferent floors have a different sanding process. For example Mosaic, Porquet and Herringbone floors process compared to strip flooring and planks.
Using the latest Dust Free Sanding Machines we start with a coarse sanding paper (starting grit 16 up to 50) and moveto an intermediate grit (50, 60 or 80) finishing off with a finer sand paper (usually grit 100 and in some cases 120 and even 150). We also fill joint ends and holes wherever necessary.
Floor restoration and repair consists of fixing down and gluing of the existing blocks. We source reclaimed blocks to match the original parquet that have been worn or damaged beyond repair.

Lacquering
To enhance the natural beauty of your wood floor we use a range of hard wearing, environmentally friendly and durable floor sealants with Matt, Satin and Gloss finishes.
The durability of water based polyurethane resins are used to combine a high degree of wear and chemical resistance within both residential homes and commercial premises, are fast drying, offering minimal disruption and produce very little odour during application and the drying process.
Staining

Oiling
When requested, we use only the highest quality Osmo wax oil.
